High-Flow 1 PSI Flapper Check Valve, -8AN

This flapper check-valve is designed to effectively prevent back-flow in fluid lines while generating very low-restriction to fluid flow. Instead of a ball, these valves use a "flap" that moves completely out of the primary fluid flow when open. The low-restriction design is ideal for applications where flow rate and a minimal pressure drop is important and is used by the military in jet aircraft turbines.

The check-valve is available in industry standard male AN / JIC flared 37-degree sealing surfaces, with available sizes -4AN, -6AN, -8AN, -10AN and -12AN. The valve is also clear anodized for a surface corrosion protection in any environment.
