Oil Pump for Gen IV 5.3 6.0 6.2 Vortecs, High Flow - 12612289

Replacement oil pump for Gen IV truck motors that feature Active Fuel Management (AFM) (also known as Displacement On Demand (DOD)). This is a high-volume pump that flows 33% more than standard LS pumps and features a 42 PSI relief valve.

Do NOT use this pump with non-truck oil pans or engines without AFM. These pumps will pump standard car oil pans dry and cause oil starvation. These pumps should only be used in applications that require AFM and use the higher capacity truck oil pans.
