Improved Racing's remote oil filter mount allows you to relocate your oil filter to a more accessible location. This unit is lightweight and compact while also being optimized for maximum flow.
This remote filter head features two female -10AN O-ring boss threads. Fittings are available to accommodate -6AN, -8AN, -10AN and -12AN lines, or 3/8" and 1/2" hose. Lines can be routed in any direction by using two 90-degree hose ends.
This unit is available with either an M22x1.50, 13/16"-16, or 3/4"-16 filter screw. The filter screw is machined from hardened 410 stainless steel, which is stronger and more durable than other grades such as 304 and 316. This allows for repeated filter installation and removal without ever wearing out the filter screw.
The gusseted mounting bracket is made from heavy duty, 0.19" thick aluminum and is anodized for durability. This extra sturdy bracket will not flex once installed. Also included is an aluminum backing plate with press-fit nutserts to simplify installation and maximize rigidity when mounting through a panel or firewall.

Applications
