Thermally activated switches are great additions to fluid cooling systems. The automatic switch will turn on an electric fan or electric external differential/transmission pump when fluid reaches 180°F, 190°F, or 200°F.
The switch features a standard 1/8" NPT thread for screwing into an existing sensor port or a sensor tee. Rated for up to 10 amps at 12 volts. Higher amperage devices may require the use of a relay.
